WTC announces, as of July 1st, 2021, the WTC division of Industrial Technical Services (ITS) will transition to Technical Support Team within the WTC organization and function as an internal department.

This transition will benefit our customers as we have integrated the Technical Support Team with our Advanced Product Group to offer more than just WTC technology support. The Technical Support Team will carry on with its full support of WTC technologies along with the optional on-site technical and engineering support for our customers starting up their production lines.

The WTC Technical Support Team will continue to offer the following support to our customers:

• Phone Support
• Field Repairs
• Field Troubleshooting
• Application Support
• Start up Support
• Training-Resistance Welding Theory
• Training-WTC Control and Networking Technologies
