Pre-requisite: Proper cooling of the electrodes
The cooling of electrodes is very important for the operation. If the electrodes over heat during
normal use, the voltage drop will change significantly and make it difficult for resistance feedback
to the welding processor to make the proper corrections. The water tubes inside the electrodes must be
placed to generate a turbulence of water to wash away heat buildup.
This presentation will show how you can determine if the water cooling is sufficient during the OFFSET
RESISTANCE check that will be required during the initial setup.
